Our story is the story of Constance.

Constance was born in the early 1930s. From Melbourne in the first decade of the 20th Century

Constance was born into a long line an incredible ladies who lived extraordinary lives in Australia.

The Milk range is named and inspired after Constance in respect of her Milk Run in Whyalla in South Australia in the 1930s. She and her husband's family Station was drought-stricken, there had been a decade of depression and the war was coming. Constance started the Milk run out of necessity to earn money to survive.

Her Milk run is legendry in the family and her hardship is well known. As a young woman, Constance fell in love with the very handsome Peter and she was left alone on the family Station when she went off to rain and go to war. They were separated for 5 years. Constance started her Milk runs to put food on the table. Constance would Milk her one cow 3 times a day and bring the Milk to the town and swap it out for cans and she would deliver it to the households and the restaurant's cafes and hospitals. Constance used a horse and cart to bring the Milk to town and faced hardship. Constance grew up and was educated and worked for her father as legal assistance before going to live on the land. Her husband's families were great farmers and their farms still go to this day.
